Service agreements: service begins once you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations: cancellations with 24+ hours notice incur no charge. Same-day cancellations may be billed at 50% of the scheduled service rate. No-shows are billed in full.

Property access: you agree to ensure our crew has unobstructed access to all areas to be serviced on the scheduled day. We are not responsible for service areas blocked by vehicles, locked gates, or animals.

Equipment and property care: our crew takes care to protect landscaping and property. We are not liable for normal wear from mowing operations. Please flag any underground irrigation heads, wiring, or obstacles before first service.

Payments: invoices are due within 15 days of service. Past-due balances may suspend service. For questions, contact us at (910) 555-0147.
